You may return any press-on nails within 14 days of purchase if there is a quality issue with the product. Quality issues may include defects in materials or workmanship. Upon inspection and confirmation of a quality issue, we will repair it or provide another brand-new full set.

Size Exchange:

If you find that the size of the press-on nails you ordered does not fit correctly, you may exchange them for the same style in a different size within 14 days of purchase for once. Please note that the press-on nails must be in their original, unused condition and packaging for the exchange to be processed.
